Employee Engagement Software Pricing in 2026
Oct 23, 2026 · StaffHero Team · 11 min read
Most engagement platforms price per seat, per module or per manager, and several do not publish a number at all. That makes a like-for-like budget hard to build for a company with 25 to 200 people. This page collects what each vendor states publicly, applies it to four company sizes, and marks every gap where only a quote will do.
StaffHero publishes this page. It was reviewed on October 23, 2026. Competitor figures come from each vendor's public pricing page or, where a vendor publishes nothing, from a dated third-party or public-sector listing that is named as such. No vendor was asked for a quote and no discounts are reflected. Prices change, so confirm the current figure and contract terms with each vendor before you buy.
The short answer
- Published per-seat or per-user list prices exist for Lattice Engagement and 15Five Engage, both at $4 per person per month, billed annually. Lattice adds a $4,000 minimum annual agreement.
- Workleap, the company formerly known as Officevibe, publishes a platform price of $4,999 per year plus $32 per manager per month.
- Leapsome publishes per-employee module prices in an online estimator, combined with a required platform foundation and discounts set in a quote.
- Culture Amp, TINYpulse and Workday Peakon Employee Voice do not publish prices for direct buyers. They are quote-based.
- StaffHero publishes flat packages by headcount band: $990, $1,990 or $2,990 a year on annual billing.
Annual list cost at four company sizes
On narrow screens, scroll sideways to see every column.
Figures are annual list amounts in US dollars unless marked. "Quote-based" means the vendor does not publish a price. Per-seat rows assume every employee is a seat or user, which is how the survey population is usually licensed. Confirm that definition with the vendor.

The StaffHero monthly row is simple arithmetic for a twelve-month planning view, not a separate contract. A company of exactly 50, 100 or 200 employees sits inside the named band, because each package covers "up to" that headcount.
How each vendor prices, in plain terms
Lattice pricing
Lattice sells three base products on its pricing page: Performance at $10 per seat per month, Goals and OKRs at $8, and Engagement at $4. Compensation and Grow are add-ons at $6 and $4. Every base product includes 1:1s, weekly updates, feedback and Q&A boards. The FAQ states a minimum annual agreement of $4,000, billing in US dollars only, and annual billing for all contracts.
For a 25 or 50 person company buying Engagement alone, the $4,000 minimum is higher than the per-seat arithmetic, so the minimum is the number to budget. At 100 and 200 seats the per-seat amount passes the minimum. If you also want Performance, add $10 per seat per month. Our Lattice alternative page covers the scope question in more depth.
Culture Amp pricing
Culture Amp's pricing page describes two products, Engage and Perform, plus People Science consulting, and asks buyers to fill out a form. Its FAQ says pricing depends on the number of employees, the product chosen and the service tier, and that all products are billed annually. The page also lists service differences by size: organizations under 200 employees receive group customer success support, on-demand training resources and 24/5 chat and email support. No dollar amount is published, so treat Culture Amp as quote-based. The Culture Amp alternative page explains which buying requirements tend to justify its broader scope.
15Five pricing
15Five publishes three packages, all per user per month and billed annually: Engage at $4, Perform at $11 and Total Platform at $16. Engage covers engagement surveys, targeted assessments, action planning, heat maps and benchmarking. Perform covers performance reviews, OKRs, 360 feedback and career paths. The page notes "Updated February 2026. Pricing subject to change." On minimums, 15Five's FAQ says standard packages are flexible for organizations of all sizes and that some optional add-ons may carry minimum requirements.
Officevibe and Workleap pricing
Officevibe now operates as Workleap, and officevibe.com redirects to Workleap's Officevibe page. Workleap's pricing page lists two published tiers, both billed annually and priced for new customers. Standard is $4,999 per year plus $32 per manager per month. Pro is $11,999 per year plus $32 per manager per month. Organizations with more than 250 employees are directed to a custom Enterprise plan.
Because the manager fee scales with your management structure rather than headcount, your number depends on how many people manage a team. A 100-person company with 8 managers would add $3,072 a year to the Standard platform fee at list price. That example uses an assumed manager count; insert your own.
TINYpulse pricing
TINYpulse is now TINYpulse by WebMD Health Services. Limeade acquired TINYpulse in 2021, WebMD Health Services acquired Limeade in August 2023, and the TINYpulse brand returned in March 2024 after a period as Limeade Listening. Tinypulse.com now redirects to a WebMD Health Services page. That page offers a demo request and no price list, so TINYpulse is quote-based. Older per-user figures still circulate online; we could not tie any of them to a current WebMD Health Services source, so we do not repeat them here.
Peakon pricing
Peakon has been part of Workday since March 2021 and is sold as Workday Peakon Employee Voice. Workday does not publish a price for direct buyers. Two dated public listings give a sense of scale. Software Advice shows "Starting at $20,000 per year." The UK government's G-Cloud 14 marketplace lists Workday Peakon Employee Voice at £14.58 to £50.10 per user per year for public-sector buyers. Neither is a quote for your company. Ask Workday for one, and ask whether Peakon is offered standalone or as an extension of Workday HCM.
Leapsome pricing
Leapsome's pricing page shows module prices per employee per month, and says every module requires its HR platform foundation. When we checked, the page rendered in euros: the Surveys module was listed at €4 per employee per month, and the foundation was shown as included at no charge under an offer the page says ends December 31, with a stated list price of €7. The page says multi-module and volume discounts are set in a quote and that the estimator shows list prices only. Because the currency, the promotion and the discount all affect the final figure, we treat Leapsome as quote-based for a US budget. Request a USD quote. The Leapsome alternative page covers the platform question.
StaffHero pricing
StaffHero publishes three flat packages on its pricing page:
- Starter: $99 a month for up to 50 employees.
- Growth: $199 a month for up to 100 employees.
- Scale: $299 a month for up to 200 employees.
Annual billing includes two months free: $990, $1,990 and $2,990 a year. Prices are per package, not per seat inside a package, so adding people within a band does not change the bill. Packages cover up to 200 employees; for a larger team, contact StaffHero and we'll send a quote the same day. Every package includes monthly pulse surveys, the StaffHero Score built on eNPS℠, the AI Leadership Brief, clarification threads, the action plan tracker, multi-language surveys and segmentation. Growth and Scale add manager views and a bi-weekly pulse option.
What the list price leaves out
A list price is the start of a budget. Before you compare totals, write down the items below for each vendor.
- What counts as a seat. Ask whether contractors, part-time staff and people on leave are billable, and whether you pay for invitees or for active users.
- Minimums and floors. Lattice states a $4,000 annual minimum. Workleap's platform fee applies before any manager fees. Ask every quote-based vendor directly.
- Billing frequency. Lattice, 15Five, Culture Amp and Workleap state annual billing. StaffHero offers monthly or annual.
- Modules you actually need. Several vendors bundle engagement with performance, goals, recognition or HR records. Price only the modules you will use in the first contract year, and list the rest separately.
- Services and onboarding. Some vendors include implementation support; others offer it as a tier or a service line. Ask for it in writing.
- Internal time. Someone has to schedule surveys, maintain recipient groups, review results and chase actions. Estimate the hours per survey round for each tool and add them to the comparison.
How to build a fair comparison
Use one worksheet for every vendor.
- Fix the survey population, the number of managers who need their own view and the planning period.
- Record the published price, the minimum, the billing frequency and the currency.
- Mark every module as required now, useful later or out of scope.
- Request written quotes from the quote-based vendors with the same inputs.
- Add an estimate of internal hours per survey cycle beside each total.
- Note renewal terms, price-increase caps and what happens when headcount crosses a band or seat count.
If the requirement is a recurring listening loop, meaning a short pulse, grouped results, a manager-ready summary and tracked actions, compare the tools against that loop rather than against the longest feature list. Our employee engagement software guide explains the different operating models in more detail.
