The standard Monthly Pulse has six scored questions: one eNPS question and five rotating topic questions. Optional comment fields let employees add context to their ratings. The pulse can also end with an optional final open-text question.

Protect small groups before showing results.
Managers only see grouped reporting for groups with enough responses. You can raise the configurable thresholds, but score and open-text results have a hard floor of five. The open-text threshold must be at least as high as the score threshold.
Results for smaller groups stay hidden. This reduces the risk of exposing an individual response while still showing results for groups that meet the threshold. Read how StaffHero handles confidential feedback.

A team or segment must meet its response threshold before results appear. Comments can require more responses than scores.
