eNPS survey software that turns one question into a clear next step
Run confidential eNPS surveys, track scores over time, compare safe team segments, and turn feedback into a plain-English Leadership Brief.
What eNPS survey software does
StaffHero helps a team run a short employee pulse, review eligible grouped results, and decide what to discuss next. It keeps the score, trend, segment views, and Leadership Brief in one place without presenting the result as a complete diagnosis.
Ask a consistent question
Use the eNPS question with a response scale from 0 to 10, then invite optional feedback that can add context to the score.
Read change in context
Review the latest score and prior period movement, with trends across closed pulses when enough eligible results exist.
Prepare a conversation
After an eligible round, the Leadership Brief summarizes response patterns and possible next actions for leaders to consider.
The math is refreshingly simple.
"How likely is it that you would recommend us as a place to work?"
Responses from 9 to 10 are Advocates, 7 to 8 are Neutrals, and 0 to 6 are Critics.
Take the percentage of Advocates and subtract the percentage of Critics. Neutrals do not count toward either side.
The score ranges from −100 to +100. Track it across closed pulses. Team comparisons are available only when reporting thresholds are met.

Grouped reporting needs enough responses
Grouped results are hidden below configured thresholds, with a hard floor of five. The configured threshold can be higher, so leaders should check their workspace setup before interpreting which views will appear.
Team segment comparisons are available only when reporting thresholds are met. A missing segment view can therefore mean that there are not enough eligible responses, rather than that the segment has no feedback.
What leaders can review
- The latest score and prior period movement
- Trends across closed pulses
- Safe team segment comparisons when thresholds are met
- A Leadership Brief after an eligible round
See the heatmap feature for segment reporting and the sample Leadership Brief for the shape of the output.
Who StaffHero is for
StaffHero is for leaders and people teams that want a repeatable way to run eNPS pulses and review the resulting patterns. It can suit a lean team that wants focused survey and reporting tools without adopting a broader employee system.
A useful fit
You want to run recurring pulses, follow change across closed rounds, and give leaders a concise starting point for follow up.
Important limits
StaffHero is not a full HRIS or performance management suite. It does not replace payroll, employee records, reviews, or the judgment needed for people decisions.
Before choosing
Consider your team structure, reporting thresholds, pulse cadence, and how leaders will discuss and act on feedback after each eligible round.
Explore pulse surveys, review the wider product, or compare pricing before deciding.
Details to settle before a first pulse
Does every result appear?
No. Grouped results remain hidden when configured reporting thresholds are not met, and every configuration has a hard floor of five.
Can we compare teams?
Team segment comparisons can be shown only for segments that meet the applicable reporting thresholds. Smaller groups may remain unavailable.
What happens after a round?
For an eligible round, leaders can review the score and available reporting. The Leadership Brief summarizes response patterns and possible next actions. Leaders still decide what the context means and what to do.
