- Never bid on StaffHero brand terms — including misspellings and brand + coupon/code/discount
- No coupon, deal or cashback sites — this program is for creators, not code aggregators
- No fake reviews, and no incentives conditioned on positive sentiment
- Stick to the approved claims sheet — especially on privacy mechanics and pricing
- No self-referral — signing up your own company through your own link doesn't pay

Monthly, $50 minimum
Payouts run every month, and commissions accrue on every payment your referrals make — renewals included. Balances under $50 roll forward until they clear the minimum — nothing expires.
60+ day maturation
Commissions mature 60+ days after the customer's payment — mirroring their 60-day money-back guarantee — and auto-adjust if a payment is refunded.

Before you apply
When do I get paid?
Monthly. A commission matures 60+ days after the customer's payment clears, then goes out in the next monthly run once your balance passes $50 — via PayPal or Wise.
How long does the cookie last?
90 days from the last click on your link. If a reader clicks in January and pays in March, that referral is yours.
What counts as a conversion?
A referred company becoming a paying customer. StaffHero is free to explore and pay-to-launch, so you earn 25% of every payment they actually make, for as long as they stay subscribed — adjusted for any refunds.
Can I get a promo code?
Vetted creators can. A named code gives your audience 10% off their first year (first-time customers) and attributes the referral to you even without a click — useful for podcasts and video.
