Three rules that keep
everyone paid

1 · DISCLOSE, EVERY TIME

The FTC requires you to tell your audience you're a partner, and the program terms make disclosing non-negotiable. The wording, though, is yours — adapt it to your own tone and voice, as long as it's clear, easy to spot, placed before the first link or recommendation, and in the same medium as the content (video = say it out loud and put it in the description). If you'd rather not write your own, copy-paste this:

2 · TWO ABSOLUTE BANS
No bidding on StaffHero brand terms — including misspellings and "StaffHero + coupon / code / discount." Brand traffic was coming to us anyway; buying it earns nothing and ends the partnership.
No coupon, deal, or cashback sites — partner codes are for named relationships (like INTERIM-MARY), not for scraping checkout pages.
3 · SELL THE MECHANICS, NOT ABSOLUTES

Never promise "100% anonymous" or "guaranteed private" — describe how the protection actually works. It's more convincing anyway:

  • Results appear only once at least 5 people have answered
  • No IP logging, no device fingerprinting
  • Response times get random jitter, so answers can't be matched to the clock
  • Identifying details are redacted from comments before anyone sees them
